Job Summary

We are looking for a tech-savvy support executive to join our international non-voice team. The role involves assisting global customers via email and chat, helping them troubleshoot issues related to software, apps, or digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/chat.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, apps, or platforms.

  • Document customer interactions accurately.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong written English with excellent grammar and tone.

  • Basic technical understanding (software/apps/cloud/platforms).

  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM with accuracy.

  • Prior experience in chat/email support is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts (International timezone exposure).
