Job Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy support executive to join our international non-voice team. The role involves assisting global customers via email and chat, helping them troubleshoot issues related to software, apps, or digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, apps, or platforms.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely resolution.
Requirements
Strong written English with excellent grammar and tone.
Basic technical understanding (software/apps/cloud/platforms).
Typing speed of 35+ WPM with accuracy.
Prior experience in chat/email support is preferred but not mandatory.
Willing to work in rotational shifts (International timezone exposure).
